The todo software is a simple Perl, jQuery, and MySQL powered site which allows users to maintain and update a list of online tasks.

The online task site allows new tasks to be entered, and existing tasks to be closed.

In addition to this tasks may be flagged as "urgent", and have arbitrary tags and notes applied to them.

Matching my philosophy the site and feature set are both sparse. Tasks don't belong to groups (unless you use the tags in that fashion!) and there is no notion of due dates, or percentage completion - a task is either open or closed.

So far, to the best of my knowlege, there is only one site running the code:
